- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Can't get an appointment for weeks. Phones queues atrocious. It's not unusual to be position 17 -21 in the phone queue whatever time of day you ring. No doctors available. Under qualified nurses having to see patients but they are unable to prescribe & have to diagnose from a text book !!. I went in this morning for an appointment for my 9 yr old.... whos been suffering with periodic stomach problems for 3 wks & I've been unable to get through to the surgery on the phone & I was told that 18th Sept was the 1st available appointment !! Its disgusting.... The whole place is a shambles. I've been at Ash Grove Surgery for 43 years but me & my family are moving to another surgery.by Helen GloverOctober 17, 2017
